Special permit

Special permits with terms and conditions set by the authority are necessary for specific business and professional operations. The 2001 Law on Special Permits for Business Activities is repealed and The Law on Permits was approved on June 17, 2022. This law clarifies the relationships between special permits and the actions of authorized organizations in granting, extending, suspending, restoring, and revoking permits.
