Banking and Finance
The laws pertaining to banking govern matters such as granting permission to establish a bank, cancelling that permission, establishing the fundamentals of bank management, organization, and operation, monitoring the operations of banks and bank associations, and implementing coercive measures against them. We provide consulting service and cooperate with several banks in the banking sector. We are all engaged in a legal relation with the bank through debit and credit cards, money transfer, opening bank accounts, holding deposits and obtaining loans on a daily basis. In disputes between the operations of the Central bank and Commercial Bank, or between bank customers and depositors, we offer the following legal advice and advocate for the clients: - Providing legal advice for the banks, non-banking financial institutions; - Providing legal advice on establishing banks, non-banking financial institutions, savings and credit cooperatives and obtaining special permits, and drafting related regulations and legal documentations; - Advising on deposits, including term and non-term deposits, forms of deposit contracts, rights and obligations of the parties; - Advising on bank loan contracts, interest rates, basic terms of loan contracts, and pledges; - Advising on making a payment guarantee; - Advising on, drafting, and revising of financial lease agreements
