Law of Mongolia on procurement of goods, works and services with state and local funds regulates arranging and organizing the purchase of products, services, and works using state and local assets; supervising the procurement; handling complaints; settling disagreements resulting from the purchase; and imposing responsibility.
In order to obtain the right to enter into a contract for the supply of goods and services, we advise the bidders on the laws and regulations of the tender, prepare relevant documents for the bidder’s materials, prepare the tender documents, represent and act as an advocate in the process of resolving the tender dispute before related organizations.
