The lawyers and advocates of our firm are responsible for creating the policies, guidelines and other documents that control the company’s internal labor relations; providing pertinent legal advice; drafting and reviewing orders and decisions related to labor relations, creating the labor safety and hygiene rules and regulations; preparing orders, decisions, recommendations and other documents related to the investigation and registration of industrial accidents and acute poisoning; representing clients in individual and collective labor disputes, submitting complaints and requests for preliminary resolution of legal disputes involving civil servants who have been disciplined or dismissed; preparing lawsuits, complaints, requests and other legal documents; and representing clients in court and preliminary resolution of legal disputes.
